Mr Justice Warren :
a. The first, second and third Defendants shall pay to the Claimant his costs of the application to continue the action as a derivative action up to and including 24 August 2006, such costs to be assessed on the standard basis if not agreed.
b. The fifth and sixth Defendants shall pay to the Claimant his costs of the action (including the costs of the application save to the extent received from the first, second and third Defendants pursuant to the order against them), such costs to be assessed on the standard basis if not agreed.
