The proposed acquisition by Halstonville Limited (which is jointly controlled by The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. & Piershine Limited), through its wholly owned direct subsidiary Mollydale Limited, of five subsidiaries of Smorgs Limited and the assets of another two Travelodge Hotels (Swords & Belfast), has been cleared by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
