The proposed acquisition by Cedarglade Limited, a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Musgrave Group plc, of certain assets, constituting a premises located at Fortunestown, Tallaght, Co. Dublin, which prior to its destruction by fire in November 2016 operated as a retail supermarket has been cleared by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
