The proposed acquisition by Cardinal Ireland Partners Fund SCSp (the -�CIP Fund-�), through Reguilon Unlimited Company, of a majority shareholding and sole control of Mowlam Healthcare Group, has been cleared by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.

The CIP Fund is a new fund and has no prior investments in Ireland or in any other market. Reguilon Unlimited Company is a newly incorporated private unlimited company incorporated in Ireland. It is solely owned (through a combination of Isle of Man and Guernsey entities) by Plumpton Unlimited, a private unlimited company incorporated in the Isle of Man. CIP HoldCo S.a.r.l will be the majority shareholder of Plumpton Unlimited and is a wholly owned subsidiary of the CIP Fund. |
