WHEAT OFFALS (RESTRICTION ON EXPORTATION) ORDER, 1934.

WHEREAS by virtue of sub-sections (1) and (5) of Section 94 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1933 (No. 7 of 1933), the Minister for Agriculture may, if he so thinks fit at any time and from time to time, by order prohibit the export of wheat offals save under and in accordance with a licence granted under the said section by the said Minister;

NOW, I, Seamas O Riain, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 94 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1933 (No. 7 of 1933), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows, that is to say:—

1.—(1) This Order may be cited for all purposes as the Wheat Offals (Restriction on Exportation) Order, 1934.

(2) This Order shall come into force on the 11th day of June, 1934.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

3. The exportation of what offals, save under and in accordance with a licence granted under Section 94 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1933 (No. 7 of 1933) by the Minister for Agriculture, is hereby prohibited.
