I, PATRICK J. RUTTLEDGE, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (3) of section 47 of the Court Officers Act, 1926 (No. 27 of 1926), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling do hereby order as follows, that is to say:— | ||
1. The District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Statutory Rules and Orders, 1927, No. 103), is hereby varied as follows, namely:— | ||
In Part I of the Schedule, the District Electoral Divisions of Ballyellin, Ballymurphy, Borris, Coonogue, Killedmond, Kyle and Rathanna in the County Carlow are to be transferred from the Muinebeag Court Area and will constitute a separate Court Area the Court for which will be held at Borris at 12 o'clock noon on the fourth Wednesday of each month. | ||
2. This order may be cited for all purposes as the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Variation Order No. 52), and shall come into operation on the 1st day of May, 1937. | ||
