BREAD (REVOCATION OF PRICES ORDERS) ORDER, 1949.

The Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by paragraph (f) of sub-section 2 of section 3 of the Bread (Regulation of Prices) Act, 1936 (No. 29 of 1936), hereby orders as follows :--

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Bread (Revocation of Price Orders) Order, 1949.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 15th day of January, 1949.

2. The following Orders are hereby revoked :

(a) the Bread (Prices) Order, 1947 ( S. R. & O. No. 350 of 1947 ),

(b) the Bread (Dublin, City and County, Bray and Greystones) (Prices) Order, 1948 (S. I., No. 265 of 1948).
