HARBOUR RATES (DUBLIN PORT AND DOCKS BOARD) (RATES FOR WATCHING DANGEROUS OR COMBUSTIBLE GOODS) ORDER, 1949. |

I, DANIEL MORRISSEY, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 104 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), hereby order as follows :-- |

1.--(1) This Order may be cited as the Harbour Rates (Dublin Port and Docks Board) (Rates for Watching Dangerous or Combustible Goods) Order, 1949. |
||
|
(2) This Order shall come into operation on the second day of January, 1950. |
||
|
2. The rate of two shillings per hour is hereby fixed as the rate to be charged by the Dublin Port and Docks Board in respect of watching any dangerous or combustible goods. |
||
