S.I. No. 157/1950:

NATIONAL HEALTH COUNCIL (TENURE OF OFFICE OF MEMBERS) ORDER, 1950.

NATIONAL HEALTH COUNCIL (TENURE OF OFFICE OF MEMBERS) ORDER, 1950.

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers vested in him by sub-section (4) of Section 98 of the Health Act, 1947 (No. 28 of 1947) hereby orders and determines as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the National Health Council (Tenure of Office of Members) Order, 1950.

2. Every member of the National Health Council shall hold office (unless he sooner dies, resigns or is removed from office by the said Minister) until the 31st day of March, 1952.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Health this first day of June One Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty.
