BEE PEST PREVENTION (IRELAND) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1950. |

I, JAMES M. DILLON, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Bee Pest Prevention (Ireland) Act, 1908, as adapted by or under subsequent enactments, and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby make the following regulations-- |

1. (1) These regulations may be cited as the Bee Pest Prevention (Ireland) (Amendment) Regulations, 1950. |
||||||||
(2) The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to these Regulations. |
||||||||
2. The Bee Pest Prevention (Ireland) Regulations, 1909, are hereby amended by the substitution for Regulation 10 of the following-- |
||||||||
" 10. Compensation for the destruction of bees, articles and appliances may be allowed by a local authority at a rate not exceeding the following-- |
||||||||
(1) Movable Comb Hive. |
||||||||
(a) Bees. |
||||||||
|
||||||||
(b) Appliances. |
||||||||
|
||||||||
(2) Fixed Comb Hive. |
||||||||
Bees and Appliances. |
||||||||
|
||||||||
