HARBOUR RATES (DROGHEDA HARBOUR) ORDER, 1947 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1951. |

The Minister for Industry and Commerce in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 104 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), hereby orders as follows :-- |
||

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Harbour Rates (Drogheda Harbour) Order, 1947 (Amendment) Order, 1951. |
||
|
(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 8th day of February, 1951. |
||
|
2. The Third Schedule to the Harbour Rates (Drogheda Harbour) Order, 1947 ( S. R. & O. No. 228 of 1947 ) is hereby amended by the substitution of the figure " 9 " for the figure " 6 " in the third column at reference number 2. |
||
|
