EMERGENCY POWERS (No. 358) ORDERS (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1952.

EMERGENCY POWERS (No. 358) ORDERS (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1952.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), and of every and any other power them in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 358) Orders (Revocation) Order, 1952.

2. The Orders mentioned in the Schedule to this Order are hereby revoked.

Emergency Powers (No. 358) Order, 1945 (S.R. & O., No. 103 of 1945).

Emergency Powers (No. 358) Order, 1945 (Price of Building Materials) Order, 1945 (S.R. & O., No. 129 of 1945).

Emergency Powers (No. 358) Order, 1945 (Amendment) Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 247 of 1950 ).
