S.I. No. 316/1953:

WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION (CERTIFICATES OF BIRTHS AND MARRIAGES) REGULATIONS, 1953.

WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION (CERTIFICATES OF BIRTHS AND MARRIAGES) REGULATIONS, 1953.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 11 of the Workmen's Compensation (Amendment) Act, 1953 (No. 25 of 1953), and with the consent of the Minister for Social Welfare and the Minister for Finance, hereby makes the following Regulations :--

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Workmen's Compensation (Certificates of Births and Marriages) Regulations, 1953.

2. The appointed fees for the purposes of Section 11 of the Workmen's Compensation (Amendment) Act, 1953 , shall be as follows :--

(a) for each certified copy of an entry in a register of births, one shilling :

(b) for each certified copy of an entry in a register of marriages, one shilling and sixpence.
