I, SEAN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the power conferred on me by subsection (2) of section 1 of the Prices Act, 1958 (No. 4 of 1958), hereby order as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the Prices Act, 1958 (Commencement) Order, 1958.

2. The 17th day of April, 1958, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Prices Act, 1958 (No. 4 of 1958), is to come into operation.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 17th day of April, 1958.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This instrument appoints the 17th day of April, 1958, as the day on which the Prices Act, 1958 (No. 4 of 1958), comes into operation.
