DAIRY PRODUCE MARKETING ACT, 1961 (COMMENCEMENT) (No. 2) ORDER, 1961.

DAIRY PRODUCE MARKETING ACT, 1961 (COMMENCEMENT) (No. 2) ORDER, 1961.

I, PATRICK SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 of the Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 (No. 1 of 1961), hereby order as follows:--

1. This Order may be cited as the Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order, 1961.

2. The 1st day of August, 1961, is hereby fixed as the day on which sections 44 and 45 of the Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 (No. 1 of 1961), shall come into operation.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 17th day of July, 1961.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to bring sections 44 and 45 of the Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 into operation on 1st August, 1961.
