SUMMER TIME ORDER, 1967.

SUMMER TIME ORDER, 1967.

I, BRIAN JOSEPH LENIHAN, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (1) of section 3 of the Summer Time Act, 1925 (No. 8 of 1925), hereby order as follows:--

1. This Order may be cited as the Summer Time Order, 1967.

2. The period of summer time appointed by the Summer Time Order, 1926, shall not be the period of summer time for the purposes of the Summer Time Act, 1925 , in the year 1968.

3. The period of summer time for the purposes of the Summer Time Act, 1925 , in the year 1968 shall be the period beginning at two o'clock, West-European time, in the morning of the 18th day of February, 1968, and ending at two o'clock, West-European time, in the morning of the 27th day of October, 1968.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order fixes the period of Summer Time for the year 1968.
