PRICES STABILISATION (CONTINUANCE) (No. 2) Order, 1967. |

WHEREAS the Government are satisfied that the condition of the national economy is such that the Prices Stabilisation Order, 1965 (No. 208 of 1965), should be continued in force: |
||
NOW the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 22A of the Prices Act, 1958 (No. 4 of 1958), as amended by the Prices (Amendment) Act, 1965 (No. 23 of 1965), hereby order as follows: |
||
1. This Order may be cited as the Prices Stabilisation (Continuance) (No. 2) Order, 1967. |
||
2. The Prices Stabilisation Order, 1965 (No. 208 of 1965), shall continue in force for the period of six months commencing on 7th day of October, 1967. |
||
