S.I. No. 268/1968:

DUBLIN PARKING (AMENDMENT) TEMPORARY RULES, 1968.

DUBLIN PARKING (AMENDMENT) TEMPORARY RULES, 1968.

I, MICHAEL J. WYMES, Commissioner of the Garda Síochána, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 90 (7) of the Road Traffic Act, 1961 (No. 24 of 1961), and with the consent of the Minister for Local Government, hereby make the following temporary rules in respect of the area comprising the county borough of Dublin:--

1. These rules may be cited as the Dublin Parking (Amendment) Temporary Rules, 1968.

2. These rules shall come into operation on the 23rd day of December, 1968.

3. The Schedule to the Dublin Parking Temporary Rules, 1968 ( S.I. No. 86 of 1968 ), is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the matter contained in the Schedule to these rules.

SCHEDULE

PARKING PLACES WHERE PARKING IS LIMITED TO ONE HOUR DURING THE RELEVANT HOURS.

West side--between door of No. 81, Marl-borough Street and Cathal Brugha Street.

North side--between western building line of Academy Cinema and Shaw Street.
32. Pearse Street.

North side--between a point 20 yards west of Shaw Street and door of No. 21 Pearse Street.
33. Richmond Street South

East side--between Charlemont Mall and Gordon's Place.
34. Shaw Street. East side.
35. Stephen Street Lower.

North side--between South William Street and Drury Street.
36. Wicklow Street.

North side--between St. Andrew Street and party wall 11/12 Wicklow Street.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These rules amend the Dublin Parking Temporary Rules, 1968 ( S.I. No. 86 of 1968 ) by the addition to the Schedule thereto of the streets or portions of streets mentioned in the Schedule to these rules.
