LOCAL GOVERNMENT (DELEGATION OF MINISTERIAL FUNCTIONS) ORDER, 1973.

The Government, at the request of the Minister for Local Government and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 9 (1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 , (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows:--

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1973.

2. The several powers and duties of the Minister for Local Government under sections 7 , 18 , 26 (5), 26 (9), 27 (4), 27 (6) and 82 (3) of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1963 , (No. 28 of 1963) are hereby delegated to Liam Cunningham, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Local Government.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
