DAIRY PRODUCE (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT, 1973 (SECTION 7) (TRANSFER OF PROPERTY) ORDER, 1975.

I, MARK CLINTON, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 of the Dairy Produce (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1973 (No. 21 of 1973), hereby at the request of An Bord Bainne and of An Bord Bainne Co-operative Limited, make the following order :

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Dairy Produce (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1973 (Section 7) (Transfer of Property) Order, 1975.

(2) This Order shall come into force on the 31st day of January, 1975.

2. All the property of An Bord Bainne Superannuation Scheme is hereby transferred to An Bord Bainne Co-operative Limited Superannuation Scheme and vested in the trustees of the last-mentioned scheme.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order provides that as from 31st January, 1975, the property of An Bord Bainne Superannuation Scheme is transferred to An Bord Bainne Co-operative Ltd. Superannuation Scheme.
