ORDER Entitled POSTS AND TELEGRAPHS (DELEGATION OF MINISTERIAL FUNCTIONS) ORDER, 1978. |

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2 (1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows:-- |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Posts and Telegraphs (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1978. |
||
|
2. All the powers and duties of the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs under the Acts specified in the Schedule to this Order are hereby delegated to the Minister of State at the Department of Posts and Telegraphs. |
||
