WORKER PARTICIPATION (ELECTRICITY SUPPLY BOARD) (NOMINATION DAY) REGULATIONS, 1978.

I, GENE FITZGERALD, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6 (2) of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Worker Participation (Electricity Supply Board) (Nomination Day) Regulations, 1978.

2. The 1st day of November, 1978, is in relation to the Electricity Supply Board hereby appointed to be the nomination day for the purposes of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977).

day of August, 1978.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These regulations appoint 1st November, 1978, as the day on which nominations of candidates at an election held under the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 , in relation to the Electricity Supply Board shall be received by the returning officer.
