OIFIG AN ARD-CHLÁRAITHEORA (HOURS OF BUSINESS) (TEMPORARY) REGULATIONS, 1979. |

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4 of the Vital Statistics and Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act, 1952 (No. 8 of 1952), hereby makes the following Regulations-- |
||

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Oifig an Ard-Chláraitheora (Hours of Business) (Temporary) Regulations, 1979. |
||
|
2. The 19th day of March, 1979 shall be regarded as a public holiday for the purposes of articles 2 and 3 of the Oifig an Ard-Chláraitheora (Hours of Business) Regulations, 1974 ( S.I. No. 112 of 1974 ). |
||

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |

These Regulations amend the main regulations (which specify the days and times that Oifig an Ard-Chláraitheora will be open to the public for the purpose of making searches of the indexes) to enable the office to close on Monday, 19th March, 1979. |
