DUBLIN DENTAL HOSPITAL (ESTABLISHMENT) ORDER, 1963 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1980.

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Sections 3 and 4 of the Health (Corporate Bodies) Act, 1961 (No. 27 of 1961) hereby orders as follows--

1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin Dental Hospital (Establishment) Order, 1963 (Amendment) Order, 1980.

2. The Dublin Dental Hospital (Establishment) Order, 1963 ( S.I. No. 129 of 1963 ) shall be amended as follows:--

The following sub-article shall be substituted for Article 5(2):--

"(2) Four of the members shall be appointed by the Minister as follows:--

( a ) three on the nomination of Trinity College, Dublin, and

( b ) one on the nomination of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland."

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to transfer the representation hitherto held by University College, Dublin on the Dublin Dental Hospital Board to Trinity College, Dublin.
