I, PATRICK COONEY, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 104 of the Harbours Act, 1946 ( No. 9 of 1946 ), the Transport, Fuel and Power (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 125 of 1959 ), and the Tourism and Transport (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1980 ( S.I. No. 11 of 1980 ), and after due compliance with section 106 of that Act, hereby order as follows: |

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Harbour Rates (Dublin Port and Docks Board) (Rates for Watching Dangerous or Combustible Goods) Order, 1981. |

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1982. |
||||||||
2. The rate of seven pounds fifty pence per hour is hereby fixed as the maximum rate to be charged by the Dublin Port and Docks Board in respect of watching dangerous or combustible goods. |

3. The Harbour Rates (Dublin Port and Docks Board) (Rates for Watching Dangerous or Combustible Goods) Order, 1978 ( S.I. No. 191 of 1978 ), is hereby revoked. |

The effect of this Order is to authorise the Dublin Port and Docks Board to charge a revised maximum rate for watching dangerous or combustible goods at the Port of Dublin. |
