		S.I. No. 277/1984: SOCIAL WELFARE ACT, 1984 (PART III) (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1984.
		SOCIAL WELFARE ACT, 1984 (PART III) (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1984.
		The Minister for Social Welfare, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 17 of the Social Welfare Act, 1984 (No. 5 of 1984) hereby orders as follows:
		1. This Order may be cited as the Social Welfare Act, 1984 (Part III) (Commencement) Order, 1984.
		2. Part III of the Social Welfare Act, 1984 (No. 5 of 1984), shall come into operation on the 30th day of October, 1984,
		GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Social Welfare, this 30th
		day of October, 1984.
