DUBLIN TRANSPORT AUTHORITY ACT, 1986 (ESTABLISHMENT DAY) ORDER, 1986.

DUBLIN TRANSPORT AUTHORITY ACT, 1986 (ESTABLISHMENT DAY) ORDER, 1986.

I, JIM MITCHELL, Minister for Communications, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 4 of the Dublin Transport Authority Act, 1986 (No. 15 of 1986), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin Transport Authority Act, 1986 (Establishment Day) Order, 1986.

2. The 12th day of November, 1986, is hereby appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the Dublin Transport Authority Act, 1986 .

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 7th day of November, 1986.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order appoints 12th November, 1986, as the date for the establishment of the Dublin Transport Authority under the Dublin Transport Authority Act, 1986 (No. 15 of 1986).
