DUBLIN METROPOLITAN STREET COMMISSION ACT, 1986 (TERMINATION OF TRANSFER OF FUNCTIONS) ORDER, 1987.

The Minister for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 10 of the Dublin Metropolitan Streets Commission Act, 1986 (No. 30 of 1986), hereby orders as follows:--

1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin Metropolitan Streets Commission Act, 1986 (Termination of Transfer of Functions) Order, 1987.

2. The transfer of functions to the Dublin Metropolitan Streets Commission under sections 7 , 8 and 9 of the Dublin Metropolitan Streets Commission Act, 1986 , is hereby terminated.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order terminates the transfer of functions under sections 7 , 8 and 9 of the Dublin Metropolitan Streets Commission Act, 1986 which would have come into effect by virtue of the Dublin Metropolitan Streets Commission Act, 1986 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order, 1987 ( S.I. No. 67 of 1987 ).
