LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MULTI-STOREY BUILDINGS) ACT, 1988 (DETERMINATION OF MINISTERIAL FUNCTIONS) ORDER, 1988. |

I, CHARLES J. HAUGHEY, Taoiseach, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 6 (2) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order and determine as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Multi-storey Buildings) Act, 1988 (Determination of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1988. |
||
|
2. Whereas a doubt has arisen as to the Minister in whom the functions conferred by sections 11 (1) and 15 (2) of the Local Government (Multi-Storey Buildings) Act, 1988 (No. 29 of 1988), are vested, it is hereby determined that the said functions are vested in the Minister for the Environment. |

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
