VIDEO RECORDINGS ACT, 1989 (FEES) REGULATIONS, 1991.

I, RAY BURKE, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 18 of the Video Recordings Act, 1989 (No. 22 of 1989), and with the consent of the Minister for Finance, hereby make the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Video Recordings Act, 1989 (Fees) Regulations, 1991.

2. For the purposes of subsection (1) of section 18 of the Video Recordings Act, 1989 (No. 22 of 1989) -- a fee of £4,000 is hereby prescribed for a wholesale licence.

3. For the purposes of subsection (2) of the said section 18, a fee of £100 is hereby prescribed for a retail licence.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
