		S.I. No. 51/1991: SUGAR ACT, 1991 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1991.
		SUGAR ACT, 1991 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1991.
		I, CHARLES J. HAUGHEY, Acting Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 10 (2) of the Sugar Act, 1991 (No. 3 of 1991), hereby order as follows:
		1. This Order may be cited as the Sugar Act, 1991 (Commencement) Order, 1991.
		2. The 19th day of March, 1991 is hereby appointed as the day on which the Sugar Act, 1991 (No. 3 of 1991), other than section 7, shall come into operation.
