FOWL PEST (INFECTED AREA) (NO. 2) ORDER, 1991.

FOWL PEST (INFECTED AREA) (NO. 2) ORDER, 1991.

I, MICHAEL O'KENNEDY, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Article 11 of the Fowl Pest Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 15 of 1950 ), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Fowl Pest (Infected Area) (No. 2) Order, 1991.

2. The area specified in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a fowl pest infected area for the purposes of the Fowl Pest Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 15 of 1950 ).

SCHEDULE

That part of County Monaghan comprising--

(a) the district electoral divisions of Bellanode, Castleshane, Drumsnat, Enagh, Kilmore, Monaghan, Rockwallace, Scotstown, Tehallan;

(b) the townlands of Ardnasallem, Carraghbrack, Corraghduff, Crevelea, Derryhallagh, Gortmoney, Knockronaghan, Tullyard in the district electoral division of Anketell Grove;

(c) the townlands of Aghnaglogh, Bannaghbane, Bannaghroe, Caddagh, Calliagh, Cordevlis South, Cornasoo, Corvoam, Crewmeige, Darraghlan, Dromore, Drumalt, Drumgavny, Drumgreeny, Drumlinny (Dartree Barony), Drumlinny (Monaghan Barony), Dunraymond, Edenaferkin, Garranroe, Glenish, Lisnaveane, Losset, Loyst, Nart, Slieveroe, Stranoodan, Tattintlieve, Tetoppa, Tirardan, Urcher in the district electoral division of Caddagh;

(d) the townlands of Aghnameal, Annahuby, Arclintagh, Avalbane, Avalreagh, Ballygreany, Carrickaderry, Corlagan North, Cornabrandy, Creeve, Downs, Dromore, Fintully, Gallagh, Glassdrumman West, Glennyhorn, Kilcrow, Letteragh, Letterbane, Listroar, Moysnaght, Mullagarry, Shanemullagh in the district electoral division of Clontibret;

(e) the townlands of Aghaclay, Ballintoppan, Carn, Cloghernagh, Corleck, Cornafaghy, Cornawall, Corramegan, Crockcumberland, Doosky, Drumkillagh, Drumkirk, Drumleny, Dyan, Garran, Glasdrummond, Golanmurphy, Killina, Killycoghill, Killykeeragh, Latnamard, Lecklevera, Liscumasky, Tattynagall, Tiredigan, Tulleevin in the district electoral division of Drumkillagh;

(f) the townlands of Rossarrell, Stramore, Tullycallick in the district electoral division of Emyvale;

(g) the townlands of Aghaloughan, Annagola, Annareagh South, Billis, Clonleek, Coolcollid, Corragh (Maxwell), Doagheys, Donagh, Drumgarn, Drumsheeny, Faulkland, Hillhall, Kilcran, Killyboley, Lisgoagh, Looart, Mullaghbane, Mullaghduff, Sillis, Srananny in the district electoral division of Glaslough;

(h) the townlands of Aghaboy North, Aghagally, Clonkeady, Creesil, Derrydorraghy, Drumbarnet, Drumbin, Drumcoo (Jackson), Druminane, Drumlara, Drumsheaver, Killygavna, Killymarran, Mullaghinshigo, Mullaghmore North, Mullanarockan, Mullantimore, Mullyera, Shee, Tedavnet, Tirnaskea North, Tully, Tullygony, Tullyvogy in the district electoral division of Tedavnet; and

(i) the townlands of Aghnaclea, Annamacneill, Ballynagarry, Braddocks, Cordevlis North, Cardoolough, Corfad,Corlea, Corlongford, Cornahoe, Cornanagh, Corraviller, Corrinshigo, Corvally, Corvoy, Cursaboy, Derrylusk, Kilnacran, Kilnamaddy, Lantaur, Legacurry, Lisquigny, Mullycrock, Shanmullagh, Terrygeely, Tiromedan in the district electoral division of Tullycorbet.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order declares the area specified in the Schedule to be an infected area for the purposes of the Fowl Pest Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 15 of 1950 ).
