The Minister for Social Welfare, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 32 of the Social Welfare Act, 1992 , hereby orders as follows:-- |

| Citation. | ||

1. This order may be cited as the Social Welfare Act, 1992 . (Section 32) (Commencement) Order, 1992. |
||
| Commencement. | ||
|
2. Section 32 of the Social Welfare Act, 1992 shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1992. |
||

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
||
|
This order brings section 32 of the Social Welfare Act, 1992 , which provides for the amendment of the contribution conditions for Disability Benefit by requiring a minimum of 13 paid contributions in the governing contribution year, into effect from 1st of July, 1992. |
