FINANCE ACT, 1992 (COMMENCEMENT OF SECTION 15) (UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFIT AND PAY-RELATED BENEFIT) ORDER, 1994.

FINANCE ACT, 1992 (COMMENCEMENT OF SECTION 15) (UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFIT AND PAY-RELATED BENEFIT) ORDER, 1994.

I, BERTIE AHERN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 15 (3) of the Finance Act, 1992 (No. 9 of 1992), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Finance Act, 1992 (Commencement of Section 15) (Unemployment Benefit and Pay-Related Benefit) Order, 1994.

2. Section 15 of the Finance Act, 1922 (No. 9 of 1992), shall come into operation on the 6th day of April, 1994, as respects the following benefits, that is to say--

( a ) unemployment benefit, and

( b ) pay-related benefit.
