ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY ACT, 1992 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1995.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY ACT, 1992 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1995.

The Minister for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 2 of the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992 (No. 7 of 1992), hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992 (Commencement) Order, 1995.

2. Paragraphs 3, 12 and 13 of the First Schedule to the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 (No. 7 of 1992), shall come into operation on the 3rd day of April, 1995.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order brings into operation with effect from the 3 April, 1995, paragraphs 3, 12 and 13 of the First Schedule to the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992 (No. 7 of 1992).
