Referendum (Ballot Paper) Order, 2001 |

The Minister for the Environment and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 24 of the Referendum Act, 1994 ( No. 12 of 1994 ), hereby makes the following order, a draft of which has been approved by a resolution passed by each House of the Oireachtas. |

1. This order may be cited as the Referendum (Ballot Paper) Order, 2001. |
||||||
2. “Pionós an Bháis a Thoirmeasc -- Prohibition of Death Penalty” shall be included at the beginning of the front of the front of the ballot paper to be used at the referendum on the Twenty-first Amendment of the Constitution (No. 2) Bill, 2001. |
