		I, Michael Woods, Minister for Education and Science, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 38 of the Education Act, 1998 ( No 51 of 1998 ), hereby order as follows:
		1.       This Order may be cited as the Education Act, 1998 (National Council for Curriculum and Assessment) (Establishment Day) Order, 2001.
		2.       The 12th day of July 2001, is hereby appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of Part VII of the Education Act, 1998 (No. 51 of 1998) .
