LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 2001 (ESTABLISHMENT DAY) ORDER, 2001 |

The Minister for the Environment and Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 9 of the Local Government Act, 2001 (No. 37 of 2001) hereby orders as follows:- |
||||||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act, 2001 (Establishment Day) Order, 2001. |
||||||
|
2. The establishment day for the purposes of the Local Government Act, 2001 shall be 1 January, 2002. |
||||||
