		HERITAGE FUND ACT, 2001 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2001
		I, Síle de Valera, T.D., Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1(2) of the Heritage Fund Act, 2001 (No. 44 of 2001) , hereby order as follows:
		1.       This Order may be cited as the Heritage Fund Act, 2001 (Commencement) Order, 2001
		2.       The 21st day of December 2001, is hereby appointed as the day upon which the Heritage Fund Act, 2001 (No. 44 of 2001) , shall come into operation.
