		Education (Former Residents of Certain Institutions for Children) Finance Board (Establishment Day) Order 2006
		I, Mary Hanafin T.D., Minister for Education and Science, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 23 of the Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse (Amendment) Act 2005 (No. 17 of 2005), hereby order as follows: 1.  This Order may be cited as the Education (Former Residents of Certain Institutions for Children) Finance Board (Establishment Day) Order 2006. 2.  The 17th day of February 2006 is appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of Part 3 of the Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse (Amendment) Act 2005 (No. 17 of 2005).
