I, MARY COUGHLAN, Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), for the purpose of giving effect to Commission Decision No. 2007/796/EC of 5 December 2007 1 , hereby make the following Regulations- |

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Foot and Mouth Disease) (Restriction on imports from the United Kingdom) (No. 2) (Fourth Amendment) Regulations 2007. |

2. The European Communities (Foot and Mouth Disease) (Restriction on imports from the United Kingdom) (No. 2) Regulations 2007 are amended, in Regulation 2(1), by the substitution for the definition of �Commission Decision� (inserted by the European Communities (Foot and Mouth Disease) (Restriction on imports from the United Kingdom) (No. 2) (Third Amendment) Regulations 2007), of- |
