I, NOEL DEMPSEY, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 8 of the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (No. 15 of 2008), hereby order as follows: |

|
1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (Part 2) (Establishment Day) Order 2009. |
||
|
2. The day appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of Part 2 of the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (No. 15 of 2008) is 1 December 2009. |
