		Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in
		-�Iris Oifigiúil-� of 26th February, 2010.
		I, MARY HANAFIN T.D., Minister for Social and Family Affairs, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1(4) of the Social Welfare and Pensions (No. 2) Act 2009 (No. 43 of 2009), hereby order as follows:
		1. This Order may be cited as the Social Welfare and Pensions (No. 2) Act 2009 (Part 3) (Commencement) Order 2010.
		2. The first day of March 2010 is appointed as the day on which Part 3 of the Social Welfare and Pensions (No. 2) Act 2009 (No. 43 of 2009) comes into operation.
