Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

"Iris Oifigiúil" of 10th September, 2010.

I, BATT O'KEEFFE, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 51(2) of the section 41 of the Section 29 of the Trade Marks Act, 1996 by extending the list of Registerable Transactions. (The rules governing entry in the Register of Trade Marks of such registrations are amended by the Trade Marks (Amendment) Rules, 2010).
