I, RUAIRI QUINN, Minister for Education and Skills in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Student Support Act 2011 (No. 4 of 2011), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as Student Support Act 2011 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2012. |
||
|
2. The 22 day of May 2012 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Student Support Act 2011 (No. 4 of 2011) shall come into operation: |
||
|
(a) subsection (1)(e) of section 12; |
||
|
(b) section 13; |
||
|
(c) subsection (1)(c) of section 19; |
||
|
(d) section 22. |
||
|
