Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, HEATHER HUMPHREYS, Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 of the National Cultural Institutions (National Concert Hall) Act 2015 (No. 44 of 2015), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the National Cultural Institutions (National Concert Hall) Act 2015 (Establishment Day) Order 2016. | ||
2. The day appointed as the establishment day of the National Concert Hall is 1 February 2016. | ||
