Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform) Order 2018. | ||
2. Niamh Callaghan, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform, is appointed to be Special Adviser to the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform with effect from 17 May 2018. | ||
