The Health Insurance Authority, pursuant to Section 11E(3) of the Health Insurance Act 1994 (No. 16 of 1994) (substituted by section 8 of the Health Insurance (Amendment) Act 2013 ) (No. 48 of 2013), hereby makes the following Regulations: | ||||||||||
Citation and commencement | ||||||||||
1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Health Insurance Act 1994 (Section 11E(3)) Regulations 2013 (Amendment) Regulations 2020. | ||||||||||
(2) These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 April 2020. | ||||||||||
Interpretation | ||||||||||
2. The Health Insurance Act 1994 (Section 11E(3)) Regulations 2013 are amended by deleting, in the Schedule, the following lines: | ||||||||||

These Regulations are made by The Health Insurance Authority pursuant to Section 11E(3) of the Health Insurance Act 1994 , as inserted by section 15 of the Health Insurance (Amendment) Act 2012 and amend the Schedule to the Health Insurance Act 1994 (Section 11E(3)) Regulations 2013. |
