Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, HELEN MCENTEE, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 13 (2) of the Harassment, Harmful Communications and Related Offences Act 2020 (No. 32 of 2020), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Harassment, Harmful Communications and Related Offences Act 2020 (Commencement) Order 2021. | ||
2. The 10th day of February 2021 is appointed as the day on which the Harassment, Harmful Communications and Related Offences Act 2020 (No. 32 of 2020) shall come into operation. | ||
