I, HELEN MCENTEE, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 (3) of the Children (Amendment) Act 2021 (No. 6 of 2021), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Children (Amendment) Act 2021 (Commencement) Order 2021. | ||
2. The 7th day of May 2021 is appointed as the day on which the Children (Amendment) Act 2021 (No. 6 of 2021) comes into operation. | ||
